Snapchat polls don’t have a multiple choice or text answer option. Snapchat polls can’t be anonymously answered. When someone answers a Snapchat poll, the poll poster can see who voted on which emoji. You can use 3rd party polls to create an anonymous poll.

This picture will be the background of your poll. You can take a picture of something related to the poll to provide more context to your audience. For example, you could post a photo of a new shirt and ask “should I wear this shirt on a first date?”

You can skip this step if you want to stick with the thumbs up and thumbs down emojis.

For example, you could post the question “How does everyone feel about tonight’s math homework?” Then, select a smiling emoji and frowning emoji to see how your friends are doing on the homework.

Your poll Snap can be posted to one or more stories. Tap and select multiple stories to choose where you want to post the poll.

You can view your current story on your profile page under the My Stories, Private Stories, or Shared Stories sections. From there, you can check for any typos and see who has viewed the Snap.

To see the results of other people’s polls, you’ll need to wait for them to post the results (or you can try asking them directly by sending them a Snap).

You can try SurveyMonkey if you want to post a survey with multiple questions and a customized design. You’ll be able to see analytics like charts and filtered data. For this option, you would attach your SurveyMonkey survey link to the Snap you post to your story. [2] X Research source Doodle’s quick survey is another way to make a poll. There are options to limit the number of votes and make the survey hidden. To post the Doodle poll to your story, you would copy the survey link and attach it to a Snap. [3] X Research source
