When you’re ready to redeem codes in Genshin Impact, you’re going to need to head to the official Genshin Impact website, and then log into the account you want to redeem the codes on. Once logged in, select your server region and then the character name that you set up. From there, you’ll put the code that you want to redeem.
When the code is entered, you’ll be able to click the Redeem button at the bottom of the screen. Once done, you should receive a Redemption Successful popup on the screen, letting you know that the code has successfully been redeemed to your account.
Once the code has been redeemed, it’s time to head back into the game and actually claim your prize. Whenever you redeem a code, the rewards from it will be sent to your in-game Mail. You can open this by interacting with the letter symbol from the main menu, then open the Mail and click claim to grab the items you redeemed.
It is important to remember, too, that codes can only be redeemed once per character. So, if you make another character on that same account, you’ll only be able to reuse the code on that new playthrough. It’s also important to note, as well, that codes do not last forever. They usually expire each month, and players can look for other codes to use.
Right now, Genshin Impact players can redeem a couple of useful codes through November 2022. As noted above, these codes will expire at the end of the month, but in the meantime, you can unlock some additional goodies by inputting them into the code redemption field.
