First, copy the full path to the extracted folder at the top of the File Explorer window. To do so, highlight the full path and press Control + C to copy it. In the Windows Search bar, type cmd, and then click Command prompt in the search results. Type cd and press the Spacebar. Press Command + V to paste the copied URL and press Enter.
