Click Select in the menu bar at the top. Click Modify. Click Expand. Enter 1 - 3 in the box next to “Expand by”. Click Ok.

Click Edit in the menu bar at the top. Click Fill. Select Content aware in the drop-down menu next to “Use”. Click Ok.
