If you have a passport, an enhanced driver’s license, or a green card, that’s all you’ll need. If you don’t, you’ll need more than one document, like a birth certificate and a driver’s license. The fee is payable by credit card, money order, certified check or a company check.
It can take up to 60 days for an application to get approved, so don’t be surprised if it takes a while.
