Cows give you beef and leather. Pigs give you pork. Chickens give you chicken, eggs, and feathers. Horses give you leather. Sheep give you wool and mutton. Llamas give you leather. Fish give you fish and bones. Cats give you string. Rabbits give you rabbit and rabbit hide. Squids give you ink sacs. Sea turtles give you nautilus shells.
You can turn on “Keep Inventory”, which means that when you die you won’t lose anything in your inventory. This is considered cheating, but if you don’t want to lose your hard work this is a good option.
Skeletons give you arrows and bones. Creepers give you gunpowder. Spiders drop string and spider eyes. Wither skeletons drop coal and bones. Drowned drop tridents and nautilus shells. Witches drop potions. A zombified piglin drops gold swords. An iron golem drops 3-5 iron ingots and poppies.
