If you are not currently signed into Skype, sign in with the email address and password associated with your Skype or Microsoft account.
Additionally, you can click the toggle switch next to the microphone to turn off your microphone audio.
You can also turn your microphone on or off by clicking the icon that resembles a microphone icon.
