If shaking your phone doesn’t work, you can also tap the arrow in the top left corner of your screen. If you’re on a computer, click the two arrow icons that look like the rewind icon next to the X.

You can only use 3 Backtracks every 3 hours, so don’t waste them! If you decide that you don’t want to use a Backtrack, you can tap the x at the bottom of your screen.
